The evening will be broken down into two parts:

Part 1: Demonstration

Fit Clinic Part 1: Bike Shoes and Cleats

Join us for Part One of our fit clinics where we will cover one of the three touch points on your bike...shoes and cleats. We'll cover:

- Selecting the right bike shoes

- Different types of cleats (2-bolt, 3-bolt, Shimano, Look, Garmin, etc)

- Proper cleat alignment

- Checking cleat wear and when to replace them

- Why should I consider insoles or cleat covers?

Fit Clinic Part 2: Bike Fit

Part 2 of our Fit Clinics focuses on all three touch points on the bike; handlebars, saddle and pedals. Learn what could be the cause of numb hands or feet. Or why your knees or neck may ache. Cycling should not cause pain or discomfort...it should be a joy to ride your bike.

At Trek HP we offer three different levels of bike fitting. Each fit is designed to ensure that your bike is fit to you based on your cycling style, past injuries and future goals.
