The RS Winter Mid Layer simplifies four-season cycling by adding versatility to your wardrobe and eliminating the need for different dedicated jackets for the shoulder seasons and winter. Over a base layer and under a spring/fall shell, it upgrades light weather protection to a full winter jacket, trapping warmth while jettisoning internal moisture. On days when the temperatures drop, pull up the integrated face cover and hood; when the temperature or the road climb during your ride, the Thermobooster peels off to stow until clouds roll in or on long, chilling descents. This layer's OSMOS Heavy material is our warmest insulator, the same as featured in our S9 winter jackets and tights. It combines stretch, a soft inner face, brushed insulation, and breathability to ensure dry warmth. The integrated face mask is made from OSMOS Light, less insulated and a better fit under a helmet. Our raceFit provides a lightly compressive feel and easy layering, even under outer layers cut for aerodynamics.
