The next generation in committed riders' bib shorts of choice, defined by its frictionless waist, refined air-cooling insert, and muscle-wrapping textile. We took this generational redesign as an opportunity to make the MILLE GT better at the things we loved about its predecessor, including our premium X-frame suspension carriage, a refined comfort waist fit, and a reduction in seams and weight (28% and 5g, respectively). The insert also got some attention, inheriting the increased ventilation of our GTS/GTO models and receiving 3mm of additional cushioning. We also updated the Odor Control Top Sheet Tex to the Sugar Blue colorway. Type.429 is flexible enough for a streamlined fit; breathable enough for the heights of summer; compressive enough to respond to and support your body; and substantial enough to resist the abuse of countless kilometers. BEHIND THE PRODUCT To not only reduce weight, but also increase rider comfort and support during the hottest racing days and flat-out indoor training sessions. We reduced the number of seams and replaced current panels’ textiles with hyperlight, more breathable materials to further reduce friction and keep the leg muscles cooler and fresher, for longer durations.

Textile research led us to innovations in cooling, durability, and increased comfort-the three main priorities for summer cycling equipment at high-wear touchpoints. We also managed to reduce the weight by 25% compared to our previous summer gloves. An overall increase in breathability and cooling reduces internal friction and irritation from lingering moisture while ensuring the inevitable perspiration of summer cycling doesn't interfere with a secure grip on the hoods.

A low-volume winter jacket featuring a blend of softshell and fleece-backed materials for targeted protection, warmth, and breathability in cold winter riding conditions. We engineered the MILLE GT Winter Jacket EVO for the committed rider who prefers to ride outdoors year-round, with strategically placed textiles optimized not only for protection and comfort in cold winter conditions, but also for the forward body position on the road bike. The front panel is constructed using our NEOS MEDIUM, which is a 3L softshell with PU bonded membrane. Highly breathable, waterproof, insulating, and 100% windproof, this flexible house-developed textile ensures your core stays fully protected. The tops of the arms and upper back are made with NEOS LIGHT, which scales back insulation in favor of boosted breathability and lower weight. And to keep you from overheating as your effort levels rise, the underarms and back use our fleece-backed RX material. The single front panel is merged with raglan cut sleeves, with a stitch line that continues up to the collar for a full range of motion in the saddle. The classic, regularFit is trim, while still accommodating additional layers.

Extreme, insulated protection for extreme weather, the Ultraz Glove is the ultimate platform for weatherproof cycling when time off the bike isn't an option. When the conditions are extreme in high summer or deepest, coldest winter, cycling equipment is either equally extreme or it's useless. Compared to the standard Winter gloves, the Ultraz model adds a neoprene cuff and an insulating lining to a more robust softshell material, boosting heat retention behind the breathable, weatherproof exterior. Winter cycling can be a peaceful, meditative experience, but only if you're properly equipped. Airblock is a more robust softshell than that used in our standard winter glove, increasing insulation while maintaining breathability and wind- and waterproof protection. Insulated winter-weight gloves will never fit like summer gloves, but our anatomic cut reduces bunching and bulk while still accommodating sub layers. To complete the head-to-toe winter riding outfit system, we created the Winter Robo Foil with a slightly thicker knit than our Spring Fall version, boosting insulation and blocking icy air.

The GT Ultraz Winter Booties are constructed with our dual-layer twinDeck textile construction for maximum insulation and weather protection in the harshest winter conditions. We wanted to create the ultimate stormproof head-to-toe outfit that could keep serious riders on the road regardless of the weather. Building on our standard GT Winter ASSOSOIRES, the Ultraz Winter Booties offer additional textile layers to boost insulation and protection in these most extreme environments. ThermoShell is the primary textile used, applied in two overlapping layers. This 3-layer softshell features a PU-bonded membrane plus a perforated circular knit face—increasing breathability without sacrificing thermal protection. There's also a DWR treatment on the outer layer for one extra level of protection. In addition to our dual-layer twinDeck construction, the booties feature a reverse camlock zipper, while our zeroCuff creates the smoothest transition possible between your legs and the fabric, furthering the aerodynamic profile.

A dedicated all-mountain winter riding pant that combines winterproof fabrics, function-driven details, and trail-tuned fit to keep you performing at your optimum in harsh, cold riding conditions. Until now there was little chance of finding an off-road riding pant that promised a warm, dry lower half and promoted a full range of motion during the toughest months of the year. We changed that. We borrowed a few design elements from our Cargo Shorts, like the smooth-wrap waist design for a comfortable fit that's free of clunky fasteners. On this version we made it slightly taller and added a silicone gripper at the rear to keep the pants securely in place. The pants are trim and fitted with a tapered hem—but loose enough to provide a full range of motion. We finished them off with two zippered thigh pockets, abrasion-resistant paneling at the hem, and a water-repellent treatment throughout. Our flexible RX EVO+ makes up the majority of the paneling. Its brushed warp-knit features an asymmetrical stretch, adds high levels of insulation, and offers fleecy comfort against the skin. Added to the saddle area and inner leg panels along the hem, we applied our membrane-backed NEOS MILD, ensuring water, mud, wheel spray, and cold air is properly deflected. The pants' trailFit follows the body's natural motions in, and out, of the saddle —trim, but never restrictive. The GTO has two leg lengths: STANDARD and LONG (+3cm vs standard). BEHIND THE PRODUCT With large-muscle support, friction, and excessive pressure remaining critical issues on long-duration rides, GTO destroys conventional bib short construction formulas. For the next evolution of our proven MILLE GT jersey, we opened the front of the collar and updated the fit across the chest and throat, relieving pressure for easier breathing and less restriction. We updated the standard, replacing old-school cotton construction with materials and features that aggressively manage moisture and actively, rapidly cool.
