Trek Highland Park Weekly Shop Ride

Join us for our weekly shop ride! This is a no-drop ride at a good pace of 17+ mph, covering approximately 28 miles. The ride typically takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes.


All new and returning riders are welcome. Our goals are to be safe, get exercise, obey trail and road rules, and have fun. We will regroup at a few selected points and go over the route before we leave. Please ensure you are at a fitness level suitable for a 17+ mph average ride.

Flat Repair Clinic

We are here to help you change your bicycle flat with confidence.

What You'll Learn:

  • How to take your wheel off the bike

  • How to remove the tire and tube

  • How to check what caused the flat

  • How to use a CO2 inflator and cartridge

  • How to reinstall your tube, tire, and wheel

Hands-On Experience: Get practical experience in changing a flat tire.

What to Bring: Your bike and flat repair kit (if you have one)

Tubeless Tire Clinic

Join us at the Trek Bicycle Store of Highland Park for our Tubeless Tire Clinic! Learn all about the benefits of tubeless tires and how to set them up, maintain, and repair them. Our expert staff will walk you through the process step by step.

What You'll Learn:

  • The benefits of using tubeless tires, including improved traction and reduced risk of flats.
  • How to set up tubeless tires, including installing tubeless-ready rims and tires.

  • Techniques for sealing tubeless tires and ensuring they hold air properly.

  • How to maintain tubeless tires, including checking and replenishing sealant.

  • Tips for repairing tubeless tires on the go, such as using plugs and patches.

Drivetrain Maintenance Clinic
